Method

Crust Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the flour and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl.

  4. Incorporate the egg yolk and mix until combined, adding cold water gradually.
  5. Press the dough into a 9-inch tart pan and prick the bottom with a fork.

Filling Preparation
  1. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until simmering.
  2. Remove from heat and add the chopped white chocolate, stirring until smooth.
  3. Cool the mixture for about 10 minutes.
Assembling the Tart
  1. Pour the white chocolate filling into the cooled tart crust.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set the filling.
  3. Arrange the mixed fresh berries on top and garnish with mint leaves.
  4. Slice the tart and serve chilled.
