Method
Crust Preparation
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine the flour and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl.
Add the cold, cubed butter, then mix until resembling coarse crumbs.
Incorporate the egg yolk and mix until combined, adding cold water gradually.
Press the dough into a 9-inch tart pan and prick the bottom with a fork.
Bake for 15–20 minutes until lightly golden and cool completely.
Filling Preparation
Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until simmering.
Remove from heat and add the chopped white chocolate, stirring until smooth.
Cool the mixture for about 10 minutes.
Assembling the Tart
Pour the white chocolate filling into the cooled tart crust.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set the filling.
Arrange the mixed fresh berries on top and garnish with mint leaves.
Slice the tart and serve chilled.
Notes
Handle the dough gently for a tender texture. Use high-quality chocolate for the filling. Chill the tart properly for clean slices.
