For the Roasted Tomatoes
2cupsCherry tomatoes
1tablespoonBalsamic vinegaroptional

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the cherry tomatoes by placing them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and generously sprinkle salt and pepper. Toss to coat them evenly.
Roast the tomatoes in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are blistered and caramelized.
Combine in a food processor the crumbled feta cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Transfer the whipped feta dip to a serving bowl.
Spoon the roasted tomatoes over the top of the dip.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
Serve with crackers, pita chips, or fresh vegetables.
