How to Make Turkey & Vegetable Stir-Fry
Wash and chop your vibrant mixed vegetables and carrots into bite-sized pieces.
Mince the garlic and ginger closely.
Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the ground turkey and cook for about 5–7 minutes until browned.
Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for 1–2 minutes.
Add the mixed vegetables and sliced carrots, stir-fry for 3–5 minutes.
Pour in the soy sauce and stir to combine thoroughly.
If using cornstarch, mix it with a little water to create a slurry.
Taste your stir-fry and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Serve the stir-fry over a bed of cooked rice or quinoa.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Optional: Add a splash of lime juice for an exciting zing!
