Method

How to Make Turkey & Egg Breakfast Skillet
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook for 5–7 minutes, breaking apart until browned.
  3. Toss in diced onion and bell peppers; sauté for 3–4 minutes until tender.
  4. Stir in minced garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook for another 1–2 minutes.
  5. Create four small wells in the turkey and veggie mixture.
  6. Gently crack an egg into each well; cover and cook for 5–7 minutes until desired doneness.
  7. Remove from heat and sprinkle chopped parsley over the top.
  8. Add optional toppings like cheese, avocado, or hot sauce if desired.
