How to Make Tuna Melt Patties
Drain the tuna well and flake it with a fork in a large mixing bowl.
Combine the beaten egg, mayonnaise, mustard, Panko, Old Bay, cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper into the bowl. Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into 6 equal patties and chill them in the fridge for 10–15 minutes.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
