Whip the heavy cream in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form.
Combine mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, brewed coffee, and coffee liqueur in another bowl. Mix until smooth.
Fold in the whipped cream gently, ensuring both mixtures blend well.
Gradually mix in the graham cracker crumbs until evenly incorporated.
Chill the mixture by covering the bowl and refrigerating for 1–2 hours.
Scoop out portions using a small cookie scoop or spoon, then roll into balls.
Dust each truffle in cocoa powder and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Refrigerate the truffles for another 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
Serve chilled and enjoy your homemade Tiramisu Truffles.
