Method

Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, garlic powder, ground ginger, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended to create a zesty marinade full of flavor.
  2. Place the fish fillets in a shallow dish and pour the prepared marinade over them. Let the fish soak in those delightful flavors for 15–30 minutes while you prepare the rest of the toppings.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, fresh cilantro, and sliced green onions. Toss everything together to ensure the vegetables are evenly coated and vibrant for your tacos!
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, lime juice, fish sauce, sriracha, salt, and pepper until smooth. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed for your perfect tangy sauce.
  5. Heat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. This will help achieve that delicious grilled flavor on the fish.
  6. Remove the fish from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 3–4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Allow it to rest for a few moments afterward.
  7. If desired, warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side, adding a little toasty flavor to complement the filling.
  8. Flake the grilled fish into bite-sized pieces and distribute it evenly among the warm tortillas. Top with the colorful cabbage slaw and drizzle with your creamy sauce for an unforgettable meal.
  9. Serve your tacos with lime wedges on the side for an extra squeeze of fresh citrus goodness!

For the best results, use fresh fish fillets and allow them to marinate for at least 15-30 minutes. Garnish with additional cilantro for extra freshness if desired.
