Method

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C), or according to your pizza dough instructions.
  2. Whisk together peanut butter, rice vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, crushed red pepper flakes, grated ginger, honey, sesame oil, and water until smooth.
  3. Spread the peanut sauce evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough.
  4. Distribute shredded chicken over the sauce, followed by the chopped onion and shredded carrot.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the top.
  6. Bake for about 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
