How to Make Tender Garlic Butter Steak Bites in Parmesan Cream Sauce
Pat the steak pieces dry with paper towels. Season them generously with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the steak bites to the skillet in a single layer. Sear for about 2–3 minutes on each side.
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add the butter. Once melted, add minced garlic.
Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine and allow to simmer.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
Add the cooked steak bites back into the skillet, tossing to coat in sauce.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread. Optional: Serve with extra Parmesan for a cheesy finish.
