Cooking Instructions
Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain well and set aside to allow it to cool slightly.
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet or saucepan over medium heat until it's no longer pink, approximately 6-8 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
Combine the crushed tomatoes, salsa, taco seasoning, cumin, chili powder, and cayenne pepper with the browned beef. Stir everything together and allow it to simmer for 5–10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Add the corn and black beans, stirring gently for an additional 2–3 minutes until warmed through.
Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce mixture, making sure every noodle is evenly coated.
