Ingredients

For the Carrots
  • 1 lb baby carrots or regular carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for roasting
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey for sweetness
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika optional

Method

Cooking Instructions
