Cooking Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, toss the baby carrots with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread the carrots in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 20-25 minutes.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, minced garlic, thyme, and paprika (if using).
Once the carrots are done roasting, drizzle the honey garlic butter over the top and toss gently.
Serve warm as a delightful side dish.
Notes
Optional: Garnish with fresh thyme sprigs for extra color and flavor.
