  • 1 cup pineapple chunks fresh or canned (drained)

  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur such as Triple Sec or Cointreau

For the Bubbles
  • 1 cup club soda or lemon-lime soda
For Serving
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves for garnish

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by washing and slicing the strawberries and chopping the pineapple into bite-sized chunks.
  2. In a large pitcher or bowl, combine the dry white wine, fresh pineapple juice, sliced strawberries, pineapple chunks, and orange liqueur if desired. Stir gently.
  3. Taste the mixture and add sugar if you prefer a sweeter punch, stirring until fully dissolved.
  4. Refrigerate the punch for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Just before serving, stir in the club soda or lemon-lime soda.
  6. Fill glasses with ice and pour the punch over the top, garnishing each glass with fresh mint leaves.
