Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 tbsp Matcha powder
  • 2 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt optional
Topping Ingredients
  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds optional

Method

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium bowl or jar, combine the rolled oats, milk, matcha powder, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt (if using). Stir well until everything is evenly mixed and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in the sliced strawberries, making sure each piece is covered in the green goodness. Reserve a few for topping later.
  3. If using, add the chia seeds and mix gently to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into a jar or airtight container and seal tightly. Place in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  5. In the morning, stir the oats and top with reserved strawberries and any extra toppings like nuts or honey.
