Method

How to Make Strawberry Crunch Brownies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix in a large bowl according to the package instructions. Optionally, stir in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.
  3. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely.
  4. Mix the crushed freeze-dried strawberries, graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and powdered sugar together in a medium bowl until crumbly.
  5. Beat the softened cream cheese in a small bowl until smooth and creamy.
  6. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese, mixing until well combined.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled brownies, if using.
  8. Sprinkle the strawberry crunch topping over the cream cheese layer or directly onto the brownies.
