Method

Waffle Preparation

  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients by slowly pouring the wet mixture into the dry. Stir gently until just combined.

Cheesecake Filling Preparation
  1. Beat the cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream gently until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
Assembly
  1. Spread a generous amount of cheesecake filling on one waffle, then add sliced strawberries.
  2. Create a sandwich by placing another waffle on top. Repeat for remaining waffles.
