How to Make Starbucks Copycat Lemon Loaf
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
In a large bowl, beat together the sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla, lemon extract, lemon zest, lemon juice, and sour cream until smooth.
Fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
For the icing, whisk together the icing sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, lemon extract, and heavy cream.
Once the loaf is cool, drizzle the icing over the top.
