How to Make
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
Sauté the chopped spinach in the hot oil for 2–3 minutes until wilted.
Combine the sautéed spinach, diced ham, shredded cheese, beaten eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix until well integrated.
Unroll the crescent roll dough on a lightly floured surface.
Spread the spinach and ham mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
Roll the dough tightly from one end to form a log shape and pinch the seams to seal.
Slice the rolled dough into 1-inch sections and place cut side up on the baking sheet.
Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
Cool slightly, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve warm.
Notes
When preparing the Spinach Ham Breakfast Roll, ensure spinach is thoroughly wilted to enhance flavor and reduce moisture. Leave a small border when spreading filling to prevent bursting during baking.
