How to Make Spinach & Feta Omelette
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk, if using, until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
In a non-stick skillet, warm the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and sauté for about 1–2 minutes until wilted.
Pour the beaten eggs over the wilted spinach.
Allow the eggs to cook undisturbed for about 2–3 minutes, or until the edges begin to set.
Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over one half of the omelette.
Gently fold the omelette in half over the feta.
Cook for an additional 1–2 minutes until the eggs are fully cooked.
Slide the omelette onto a plate and garnish with optional toppings.
