Method

Cooking Steps
  1. In a large pot, warm up the sesame oil over medium heat for about 1 minute.
  2. Add the minced garlic and freshly grated ginger, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth along with the soy sauce and sriracha, bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Toss in the instant ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions (about 3-4 minutes).
  5. In the last minute, stir in the sliced mushrooms, bok choy, and julienned carrots.
  6. Ladle the spicy ramen into bowls, ensuring each serving is filled to the brim.
  7. Top with sliced green onions, a soft-boiled egg, sesame seeds, and fresh cilantro.
