How to Make Sour Candy Frozen Grapes
Rinse the grapes thoroughly under cold water, ensuring they’re clean and free from any dirt. Pat them dry gently with a paper towel.
Remove any stems from the grapes and place the clean grapes in a large bowl.
Mix together the lemon juice, granulated sugar, citric acid, and a pinch of salt in a separate bowl until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Pour the sour mixture over the grapes and gently toss to ensure they are all evenly coated.
Let the coated grapes sit for about 5–10 minutes, absorbing all those delicious flavors.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; spread the coated grapes in a single layer.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze the grapes for 2–3 hours or until they are completely frozen.
Transfer the frozen grapes to a resealable bag or container for easy snacking.
Enjoy these little bites of joy straight from the freezer!
Notes
For an extra flavor twist, add a sprinkle of chili powder before freezing to spice things up.
