How to Make Smoked Salmon Egg Scramble
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth and well-combined.
  2. In a non-stick skillet, heat the olive oil or butter over medium heat until melted and shimmering.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the hot skillet. Let it cook undisturbed for about 30 seconds until the edges begin to set.
  4. Using a spatula, gently stir the eggs, pushing the cooked edges toward the center. Continue cooking for about 2-3 minutes until the eggs are softly scrambled but still slightly runny.
  5. Add the chopped smoked salmon and cream cheese to the softly scrambled eggs. Stir gently to combine and heat through, about 1-2 minutes more.
  6. Stir in the fresh dill, adjusting seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.
  7. Transfer the scrambled eggs onto plates and garnish with chopped chives or green onions.
  8. Serve your scrambled eggs right away while they are still warm.
