How to Make Slow Cooker Cranberry Apple Cobbler
In a large bowl, combine 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
Add the egg, milk, and canola oil into the dry mix. Stir until a thick, smooth batter forms.
In another bowl, toss the chopped apples and cranberries with 2 tbsp of flour and 1/4 cup of sugar.
Lightly grease the insert of your slow cooker with cooking spray.
Spread the fruit mixture evenly across the bottom of the slow cooker.
Gently spoon the batter over the fruit, covering as much as possible.
Cover and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours, until the top is set and the fruit is bubbling.
Serve warm topped with ice cream or whipped cream.
Notes
Drizzle with caramel sauce for an extra touch of sweetness.
