Method

How to Make Skillet Brownie with Homemade Jarred Brownie Mix
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your 10-inch cast iron skillet.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter and chopped dark chocolate over low heat. Stir until smooth, then mix in the vanilla extract, milk, and eggs.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, espresso powder, flour, and salt.
  4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the chocolate mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.
