Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if you want a warm dip.
Combine the softened goat cheese and cream cheese in a mixing bowl.
Stir in the diced cherry tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
Cool the dip for a few minutes after removing it from the oven.
Serve warm or at room temperature with sliced baguette or crunchy crackers.
Notes
Garnish with extra basil leaves for a fresh touch. Ensure cream cheese is softened for easier blending. Avoid overmixing to keep tomato and basil chunks visible.
