How to Make Sautéed Mushrooms with Spinach
  1. In a large skillet, pour in the olive oil and warm it over medium heat.
  2. Once the oil is glistening, gently add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet.
  3. Sauté for about 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are beautifully browned.
  4. Next, stir in the minced garlic and let it cook for about 1 minute.
  5. Now, toss in the fresh spinach! Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle balsamic vinegar if desired.
