Cooking Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss the diced sweet potatoes in a large bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Spread the seasoned sweet potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for about 15 minutes.
Add the sliced sausage on top of the sweet potatoes. Roast for an additional 15 minutes.
Whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, grated ginger, and sesame oil.
Drizzle the honey garlic sauce over the sausage and sweet potatoes. Toss gently to coat.
Sprinkle with chopped green onions just before serving.
Serve warm and enjoy this hearty dish!
