How to Make Sausage and Cabbage Stir Fry
Slice the sausage into bite-sized pieces to ensure even cooking.
Shred the cabbage, slice the bell pepper and onion, and mince the garlic.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced sausage to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
Toss in the sliced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Gently stir in the shredded cabbage and cook for another 3-5 minutes until tender.
Pour soy sauce and sprinkle paprika, stirring well; adjust salt and pepper to taste.
Remove from heat and garnish with green onions if desired; serve hot.
Notes
For best flavor and texture, serve immediately after cooking.
