Method

How to Make Roasted Red Pepper and Spinach Lasagna
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease your baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
  2. Combine the ricotta cheese, drained spinach, chopped roasted red peppers, onion, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Spread a thin layer of pasta sauce at the bottom of the baking dish.
  4. Layer cooked lasagna noodles over the sauce, then spread the ricotta mixture on top, followed by mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used. Finish with a layer of pasta sauce and remaining cheeses.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove foil for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is golden.
  7. Cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
