Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine melted butter and brown sugar in a medium bowl. Stir well until smooth and glossy.
Add the egg and vanilla extract. Mix until well blended.
Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
Fold in fresh raspberries and white chocolate chips carefully.
Pour the batter into your prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until edges are golden brown.
Cool the blondies in the pan for about 10 minutes, then move to a wire rack.
Slice into squares and serve!

Optional: Top with a dusting of powdered sugar for a lovely finish.
