Cooking Steps

Stir in the diced roasted red and yellow bell peppers, along with smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Pour in the vegetable broth and bring it to a gentle simmer.
Carefully place the tilapia fillets into the skillet, ensuring they're nestled in the sauce.
Cover the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the tilapia flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired.
Serve the tilapia with the roasted pepper sauce generously spooned over the top, with lemon wedges on the side.
