Making the Brownie Bites
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a mini muffin tin with paper liners or cooking spray.
Blend the black beans, peanut butter, honey, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, vanilla extract, and protein powder in a food processor until smooth.
Fold in the chocolate chips (if using) with a spatula.
Spoon the brownie batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
Cool the brownie bites in the pan for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
Serve and enjoy! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Optional: Drizzle with melted dark chocolate for added indulgence. Ensure the black beans are smoothly blended to avoid lumps, and check for doneness a few minutes before the baking time is complete.
