Instructions
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Place a pizza stone in the oven if you have one.
Roll out your homemade dough on a floured surface if you’re feeling ambitious.
Place your pre-made pizza crust on a baking sheet or hot pizza stone and brush with olive oil.
Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and distribute it across the pizza crust.
Bake the pizza for 12–15 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
Layer the prosciutto slices over the pizza right after removing it from the oven.
Top the pizza with fresh arugula.
Drizzle honey over the pizza, and sprinkle red pepper flakes if desired.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Optionally, garnish with fresh basil leaves.
Slice the pizza and serve it immediately.
Notes
For best results, reheat leftovers in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 10-15 minutes.
