How to Make Pepperoni Chips
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange the pepperoni slices in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Sprinkle the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes over the pepperoni slices.
Bake the pepperoni for 10–15 minutes until crispy and slightly browned.
Cool the baking sheet on a wire rack for a few minutes.
Serve the pepperoni chips warm or at room temperature.

For the best crunch, serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
