  • 1/4 cup Sprinkles optional

Equipment

Method

Procedure
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, peanut butter powder, and unsalted butter until the mixture becomes a smooth, cohesive dough. This should take about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Use your hands to scoop about 1 teaspoon of the peanut butter mixture and roll it into small balls.
  3. Take two snap pretzels and place a peanut butter ball in between them, gently pressing to create little sandwiches.
  4. In a microwave or using a double boiler, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips together with 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil until the chocolate is completely smooth.
  5. Carefully dip each pretzel sandwich halfway into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off.
  6. Melt the chopped white chocolate separately, then drizzle it over your chocolate-dipped pretzel bites.
  7. Let the chocolate-coated pretzel bites set fully at room temperature or refrigerate for about 10-15 minutes.
