How to Make Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine the peanut butter, rolled oats, honey, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
Fold in the chocolate chips gently until evenly distributed.
Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Flatten each cookie slightly by pressing down on them.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes until edges turn lightly golden.
Cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
