How to Make Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine the peanut butter, rolled oats, honey, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Stir until everything is well blended.
Fold in the chocolate chips gently until they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Flatten each cookie slightly by pressing down on them.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes.
Cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring the cookies to a wire rack.
Notes
Ensure your peanut butter is at room temperature for easier mixing. Be careful not to overmix the dough once you add the chocolate chips.
