How to Make Nutella Biscotti Bars
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare your baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl: combine the flour, leavener, salt, and sugar until uniformly blended.
Whisk together the egg and neutral oil in a separate bowl.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients until a smooth batter forms.
Spread half of the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
Warm the Nutella slightly in the microwave, then spread it evenly over the first layer of batter.
Top with the remaining batter, carefully spreading it over the Nutella layer.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into bars and serving.
Notes
Optional: Dust with powdered sugar for a lovely finishing touch.
