Method

Directions

  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  4. Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat, and lightly grease it.
  5. Use a tablespoon or small squeeze bottle to pour tiny circles of batter onto the skillet.
  6. Cook for about 1–2 minutes, until bubbles form and edges look set. Flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. Place a generous portion of mini pancakes into a bowl.
  8. Drizzle with maple syrup and add your favorite toppings.
