Instructions
Rinse the cherry tomatoes and pat them dry.
Drain the mozzarella balls and pat them dry.
Assemble each Mini Caprese Bite by threading a cherry tomato, basil leaf, and mozzarella ball onto a skewer.
Arrange the assembled bites on a serving platter.
Drizzle balsamic glaze over the bites.
Optionally drizzle olive oil over the top.
Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste over the bites.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, consider a sprinkle of crushed red pepper. Store leftovers in an airtight container; for best results, consume within 3 days.
