How to Make Mini Berry Pavlovas
Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Beat the egg whites on medium speed until soft peaks form.
Add granulated sugar gradually, beating until glossy and stiff peaks form (5-7 minutes).
Fold in the white vinegar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract gently.
Scoop or pipe meringue onto the prepared baking sheet to form small nests.
Bake for 1 hour or until dry and crisp, then cool in the oven with the door slightly ajar.
Whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
Carefully remove cooled meringues and spoon or pipe whipped cream into the center.
Top with mixed berries for flavor and color.
Garnish with mint leaves if desired, then serve immediately.

For an extra touch of sweetness, drizzle with honey or a berry sauce. Ensure mixing bowls are clean when whipping egg whites for the best results.
