Preparation
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Combine the melted butter and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl, whisking until smooth.
Incorporate the eggs one at a time, whisking after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
Sift the flour, matcha powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture gradually using a spatula.
Add the white chocolate chips to the batter, folding them in gently.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
Cool the brownies in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
Slice into squares once completely cooled and serve.
Notes
Optional: Dust with powdered sugar before serving for an extra touch.
