Method

How to Make Marry Me Chicken
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning on both sides.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear the chicken breasts in the skillet for about 5–7 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
  5. Sauté the minced garlic in the same skillet for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Stir in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another minute.
  7. Pour in the heavy cream and add the grated Parmesan cheese. Stir well to combine.
