Preparation
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and slide a pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
Spread the shredded cheese evenly over the pizza crust.
Arrange the halved grape tomatoes, basil pieces, and sliced garlic on top of the cheese.
Season with black pepper to taste, and drizzle the olive oil over the toppings.
Transfer the pizza to the preheated stone or baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes.
Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, then slice into wedges and serve immediately.
Notes
Optional: Garnish with extra basil leaves for an aromatic touch. Store leftovers properly as described.
