Cooking Instructions
  1. Begin by generously seasoning both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. In a large skillet, pour in the olive oil and heat it over medium-high.
  3. Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the hot skillet. Cook for about 5–7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. In the same skillet, sprinkle in the minced garlic and chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the chopped spinach and let it wilt for about 2–3 minutes.
  6. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until it melts into a creamy sauce.
  7. Return the cooked chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top, and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with more Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
  9. Optional: Drizzle with a little extra olive oil before serving.
