Cooking Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5–7 minutes.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes.
In four serving bowls, layer the shredded lettuce as the base.
Divide the cooked ground beef evenly among the bowls. Top each bowl with cherry tomatoes, pickles, shredded cheese, and sliced red onion.
Drizzle ketchup and mustard over each bowl, and add mayonnaise if desired.
Enjoy the Loaded Burger Bowls immediately, with optional buns on the side.
Notes
For best results, use ground beef at room temperature before cooking. Toast buns for extra crunch.
