How to Make Lemon Garlic Chicken & Broccoli Skillet
Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and dried oregano in a bowl.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the seasoned chicken in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove the cooked chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Sauté the minced garlic in the same skillet for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the broccoli florets and chicken broth to the skillet and cover it.
Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is bright green and tender-crisp.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, mixing it with the broccoli.
Pour in the lemon juice and zest, stirring gently.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Serve warm on its own or over rice or quinoa.
