Method

How to Make Lemon Butter Shrimp
  1. Pat dry the shrimp using paper towels.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sauté garlic by adding it to the skillet for about 30 seconds.
  4. Add shrimp to the skillet in a single layer, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on one side until they turn pink, then flip and cook another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Pour in lemon juice and add the lemon zest, stirring to combine for an additional minute.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
  8. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
