How to Make Honey Soy Glazed Salmon
Whisk together the marinade in a small bowl, combining soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil.
Prepare the fillets by patting them dry and seasoning both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat your skillet over medium-high heat and add a splash of oil.
Sear the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet for 4–5 minutes without moving them.
Carefully flip the fillets and pour the honey soy marinade over them, cooking for an additional 3–4 minutes.
Remove the salmon from the skillet and transfer to serving plates, drizzling remaining glaze over the top.
Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
Serve warm with rice, steamed vegetables, or salad.
Notes
Optional: Add a squeeze of fresh lime juice for a zesty finish.
