How to Make Honey Garlic Chicken Ramen
Season the chicken thighs or breasts with a generous sprinkle of salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
Whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a small bowl until well combined.
Pour the honey garlic sauce into the same skillet used for the chicken and bring it to a gentle simmer.
Boil the chicken broth in a separate pot until it's bubbling.
Add the ramen noodles to the boiling broth and cook according to package instructions, about 3-4 minutes.
Slice the rested chicken and add it to the skillet with the honey garlic sauce, tossing to coat.
Divide the cooked ramen noodles and broth among serving bowls. Top with glazed chicken and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Enjoy your delicious honey garlic chicken ramen while it’s warm.
