Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
Combine the dry ingredients in a medium bowl and set aside.
Mix the wet ingredients in a large bowl until smooth.
Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Slice and enjoy, optionally drizzling with a glaze.
